Male deep radix rhinoplasty is performed to improve the appearance of a low or recessed nasal radix, which is the upper part of the nasal bridge located between the eyes. When the radix is positioned too deeply, the nose may appear flatter in the upper third, the profile may look less balanced, or the transition between the forehead and nose may seem too abrupt. In male patients, treatment usually aims to improve this area while preserving a strong and natural facial appearance.
